Muslin relaxation sets "Yoga Nidra & Savasana"

• Light bedspread/muslin blanket (140 × 200 cm) – Designed with the final phase of training, shavasana, and yoga nidra in mind, it gently envelops the body, induces a state of deep relaxation, and also works well as a light blanket on hot nights.

• Pillow in a muslin cover, filled with natural buckwheat husk - provides excellent support, adjustable hardness (thanks to the slider) and comfort and support during relaxation - for the head, neck and body.

• Eye bag – available with lavender and linseed (soothing the senses, supporting sleep) or with sea salt (gentle pressure and natural hot water therapy).
